A practical trial program designed to experience the “Payroll Basic” service level before engagement, primarily for companies with five or fewer employees in Japan.
This Trial Service is intended not only for companies currently outsourcing payroll services,
but also for companies newly starting business operations in Japan.
The purpose of this trial is to allow companies to experience, on a practical basis,
how payroll calculations are handled in Japan and how clearly the results and explanations can be provided, before entering into a any “Standard Service” agreement.
Scope of the Trial
① For companies with existing payroll history
- Provision of payroll calculation results for approximately the past three months
- Provision of basic data required for payroll calculation
(Employee names and other personal information may be anonymized or replaced with pseudonyms)
② For companies newly establishing operations in Japan
- No historical payroll data is required
- Based on assumed employee profiles and employment conditions,
we review and explain how payroll would be calculated and operated in Japan
Trial Process (Applicable to All Cases)
- Review and organization of payroll-related data and assumptions provided by the client
- A one-hour online meeting to confirm payroll logic, calculation assumptions, and key points
- Preparation of accurate payroll results or a payroll calculation model based on the confirmed information
- Delivery of results in the same format as Payroll Basic
(Excel-based payroll reports) - Email-based Q&A support during the trial period, as needed
What You Can Confirm Through the Trial
- How payroll calculations are structured and processed under Japanese regulations
- Whether payroll results are organized in a way that can be clearly explained to headquarters
- The clarity and practicality of English communication and documentation
- Our approach to realistic, operation-focused support rather than abstract explanations
Important Notes
- This Trial Service is available once per company
- The trial period is generally limited to one month
- There is no obligation to proceed to a full service agreement after the trial
- If the client decides not to proceed, all data provided will be
securely and appropriately deleted in accordance with predefined procedures
Cost
This Trial Service is offered as a paid service with a fixed fee of JPY 50,000.
For clients who proceed to a any “Standard Service” agreement after the trial,
the trial fee will be credited toward the initial engagement fee.
This approach ensures practical accuracy, mutual commitment,
and a realistic assessment of service compatibility.
