
Service Structure
We provide monthly retainer–based Standard Service packages focused on payroll processing, social insurance procedures, and day-to-day HR operations for foreign-affiliated companies and Japanese subsidiaries operating in Japan.
Our service framework is primarily designed for small Japan offices, typically handling around five payroll records (including both employees and directors). By focusing on this scale, we are able to deliver accurate, efficient, and practical support without unnecessary complexity.
At the same time, we recognize that operational needs may vary. Support for larger teams, generally up to approximately 50 employees, may be considered upon consultation, depending on the scope of operations, internal structure, and required level of coordination.
Our Standard Services are offered in three service levels, including an extended package that builds on Payroll & HR Core by adding payroll-related tax filing and payment support.
In addition to the Standard Services, we offer Optional Services as a separate category. These services can be added as needed based on specific operational requirements.
We also offer a one-month Trial Service upon request, allowing companies to experience the Payroll Basic service level before entering into a Standard Service agreement.
Our services are particularly suited for companies that do not maintain an in-house HR or general affairs function in Japan and prefer to outsource their Japan back-office operations in a clear, predictable, and compliance-focused manner, aligned with their business needs and stage of development.

Payroll calculation with clear, bilingual payroll reports and limited consultation.
Payroll Basic serves as the foundation of all service packages and covers the essential payroll-related processes required for compliant payroll operations in Japan.

Comprehensive payroll and HR operations for small Japan offices without in-house HR.
This package includes all services covered under Payroll Basic, plus expanded HR and compliance support required for day-to-day operations in Japan.
Includes Payroll Basic, plus:
- Social insurance and labor insurance procedures
- Day-to-day HR and labor-related consultation
- Ongoing compliance support aligned with Japanese labor regulations
- English-supported communication and HQ-oriented explanations
This is the most commonly selected package for foreign-affiliated companies operating in Japan.

③ Payroll & HR Core + Tax Filing & Payment Support
(Extended Tax Filing & Payment Option)
An extended package that builds on Payroll & HR Core and adds tax filing and payment support for payroll-related taxes in Japan.
This package is designed for companies that wish to retain all services included in Payroll & HR Core, while adding support for the filing and payment of withholding income tax and resident tax, which are frequently requested by foreign-affiliated companies operating in Japan.
Includes Payroll & HR Core, plus:
- Coordination and practical support for the filing and payment of withholding income tax and resident tax
- Coordination with tax professionals, including
confirmation of filing and payment details and support for information sharing
