An extended package that builds on Payroll & HR Core and adds tax filing and payment support for payroll-related taxes in Japan.
This package is designed for companies that wish to retain all services included in Payroll & HR Core, while adding support for the filing and payment of withholding income tax and resident tax, which are frequently requested by foreign-affiliated companies operating in Japan.
It is particularly suitable for companies that do not maintain an in-house HR or general affairs function in Japan, or for headquarters teams that prefer not to manage Japan-specific tax filing and payment workflows internally. Additional services on top of “Payroll & HR core” are as follows.
Tax filling and payment related to Payroll
- Coordination and practical support for the filing and payment of withholding income tax and resident tax
- Coordination with tax professionals, including

All other services related to social insurance, labor insurance, and HR consultation remain identical to those included in Payroll & HR Core.
This package is recommended for companies without an in-house HR or general affairs function in Japan that prefer a simplified and integrated approach to payroll, HR, and payroll-related tax filing and payment, while maintaining compliance and clarity.
If required, support for corporate tax compliance, and tax audit responses can be provided under a separate engagement with a tax accountant.
