Our Service Framework
We provide four levels of service packages focused on payroll processing, social insurance procedures, and day-to-day HR operations for foreign-affiliated companies and Japanese subsidiaries, primarily with up to five employees in Japan.
In addition to our standard service packages, we also offer a one-month trial service upon request.
Our services are designed for companies that do not have an in-house HR or general affairs function in Japan, allowing them to entrust the operation of their Japan back office with confidence, based on their specific needs and stage of development.

This package includes all services covered under Payroll Basic, plus expanded HR and compliance support required for day-to-day operations in Japan.
Includes Payroll Basic, plus:
- Social insurance and labor insurance procedures
- Day-to-day HR and labor-related consultation
- Ongoing compliance support aligned with Japanese labor regulations
- English-supported communication and HQ-oriented explanations
This is the most commonly selected package for foreign-affiliated companies operating in Japan.
③ Payroll & HR Core + Full Back Office Support
Extended support for companies seeking a consolidated Japan back office function.
This package builds on Payroll & HR Core and adds broader coordination and reporting support for companies that require a higher level of operational integration.
Includes Payroll & HR Core, plus:
- Coordination with tax professionals regarding withholding tax and resident tax matters
- Support for consolidated back-office operations
- Enhanced assistance for HQ reporting, internal review, and compliance readiness
This package is suitable for companies that prefer a single point of coordination for payroll and HR-related back office matters in Japan.
